It has been reported that Amazon.de in France has these exclusive minifigs when you buy the new Lord Of The Rings Lego Collectors Edition game. Not sure if they will be available for every country, but I am sure that EB Games Australia was offering the same deal. If you can't grab one then Brickset and eBay are your most likely choices so get hunting quickly!
